By making a deposit, you warrant that the funds are legitimately yours and are not derived from any unlawful activity. 10vin reserves the right to request evidence of the source of funds in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations.
Withdrawal requests may only be made in respect of Real Money Funds. Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied in full. Partial completion of wagering requirements does not entitle a player to a proportional withdrawal of bonus-derived funds.
10vin will not process any withdrawal until the player's account has completed the KYC verification process described in Section 3.4. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 10vin's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of real money funds deposited by you in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
